By ordering from Online Computer Services and Digital Task Marketplace, you agree to provide accurate instructions, lawful source material and timely feedback. The written quotation defines scope, price, delivery time, revision allowance and format.

Payments and commencement

Work begins only after the scope and payment arrangement are confirmed in writing. Never send payment solely because a public payment number appears on the website.

Client responsibilities

Clients must own or have permission to use supplied materials. We do not complete examinations, impersonate applicants, fabricate evidence, provide regulated professional advice or create unlawful or deceptive content.

Intellectual property

Rights to the final approved deliverable transfer after full payment, except third-party materials, licensed assets and portfolio rights separately agreed in writing.

Limitations

Search rankings, publication acceptance, sales, employment or other external outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Medical, legal and financial drafts require review by an appropriately qualified professional.

Jurisdiction

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed according to the applicable laws and courts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan.
