Refund Policy

Custom writing work requires research and reserved production time. A full refund may be considered before work starts. Once research or drafting has begun, completed work and documented costs may be deducted.

Completed orders

Completed custom work is normally non-refundable when it matches the approved brief. Valid quality concerns should first be addressed through the revision process.

Missed deadlines or scope disputes

Where an agreed deadline is missed for reasons within our control, an appropriate remedy may include priority completion, partial refund or cancellation depending on work already delivered. Scope changes requested by the client require a new quotation.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the payment method.
